Happy Birthday

We remembered the true meaning of Christmas this week with friends as the kids ate pizza and birthday cake that Melanie made. Kyle loves cake! All the way over to Melanie's house Kyle talked about how he was going to help blow out the candles. It was so cute to see the kids blowing in the air as they all helped blow out the candles as the cake was presented and we sang happy birthday to baby Jesus. Thanks girls for all the great pictures you took of my kids!

Halloween 2007

Yes, I will be back tracking a lot on this blog as I recall past memories and want to catch up. Here is Kyle and Lacey in their costumes this year. Kyle was so excited to wear his elephant costume. "it has a tail mommy" He would run up and down the hall looking at himself in the mirror. Because of my son's larger head size for his age (which only means he's extra smart) the elephant's truck is a little upright which is hilarious. Your such a cutie Kyle! It didn't take Kyle long to figure out the process of how to get the candy. He kept saying "more candy mommy". Kyle is such a social person and rarely meets a stranger. When he rang the doorbell to the first house he walked right on inside. Thankfully it was a neighbor! We went trick-or-treating with some friends and neighbors on that warm night. Lacey made her way around the block in the Bijorn as a pretty little flower.

Sweet Moment

Just wanted to remember a sweet moment with Kyle yesterday. I was rocking him before I put him down for his nap and he was so tired he fell asleep in my arms within minutes. I just held him tightly as I recalled the many many times I held him sleeping in my arms over the past two years. My baby boy is growing up so fast. Kyle you are my sweet sweet boy and I love you so much!
